Cobh Mixed N.S has received a donation of 5 refurbished laptops known as Think Pads to the school from CoderDojo in partnership with Cobh Ramblers.
CoderDojo is a worldwide network of free, volunteer-led coding clubs for young people. The aim of CoderDojo is to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and digital skills by teaching coding and technology in a fun, informal, and supportive environment. CoderDojo is open to young people of all abilities, whether they are complete beginners or already have some experience.
The local CoderDojo takes place at Cobh Ramblers every second Saturday.
