Road Safety Board Game. Another student gave her account of this game.

We had great fun playing this game. I rate this game 10/10. How to play –  each player chose their coloured counter and chose a team name (each person has a name) and rolled the dice.

The number on the rolled dice is the number of places that the player moves. Each time that you move you take a card.  In the cards there is a mixture of “Well Done” cards and “Danger” cards. If you get a danger card it tells you what you have done wrong for example “you did not wait for the green man to cross the road, move back 5 places”.

If you get a “Well Done” card it rewards you for being safe on the road. Your reward is that you get to move as many places as the card tells you.

  • I learned so much from this game. I learned not to cross the road when the green light is lit.
  • I learned not to walk on a bicycle path even if it is a short cut to where you want to go.
  • I learned about how bad dog fouling is and if you see someone leaving dog poo somewhere tell them off for what they have done.
  • I also learned about how much reflective jackets saves lives.
  • I learned so much while having fun playing this board game.
