Today we had Math’s Day at school. It was an amazing day. First, we started off by going outside and getting into groups. We then had a look around the school yard to find things to use in Maths sums. We found things like windmills across the harbour, windows with different panes, rocks, numbers and letters.

The younger kids were counting, and the 2nd class children were adding and subtracting and finally the much older children (3rd to 6th) were doing multiplication and division. Then we went inside and showed everyone what we had noticed and what sums we had made.
