This year’s pancake day was held on Tuesday 17th February and here in Cobh Mixed N.S the children had great fun making and eating the pancakes with all their favorite toppings. The children also learned all the necessary vocabulary to make their pancakes as Gaeilge. There was great excitement in the school, and everybody had their turn to mix and help with the pancakes. They were yummy!!!
