Physical Education:

Cobh Mixed National School works to provide high quality Physical Education to all pupils. All classes receive 60 minutes of time tabled P.E. every week. Currently pupils are attending the local swimming pool Coral Leisure Centre in Cobh for aquatic lessons. We teach all the P.E. strands including Athletics, Dance, Games, Gymnastics and Outdoor Adventure Activities. Both class teachers use a variety of resources to help them deliver their P.E. lessons including the PSSI lesson plans and the Move Well, Move Often Programme which both teachers are fully trained in.
